Do you deliver?
Orders can be picked up or delivered to your home, workplace, or previously agreed upon location within a 15 mile radius of 77433. Delivery fees will apply.
Do you ship?
No, under Texas Cottage Food Law, baked goods cannot be mailed or shipped.
Can I order online?
I prefer a personal touch! Speaking with you directly ensures I capture every detail of your vision and can give you an immediate answer on availability.
Can I pay at pickup/delivery?
All orders must be paid in full prior to baking. This will ensure nothing goes to waste!
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, Apple Pay. No personal checks, thank you.

A few notes to keep in mind...
- Many cakes found on social media these days are AI-generated and impossible for even top professional bakers.
- You're welcome to use an image as a starting point, but I will not copy another artist's work.
Why do wedding cakes cost so much?
- Intricate Labor: Wedding cakes require custom designs, sugar flowers, and complex structural engineering to ensure stability, often taking days of preparation.
- Service & Consultation: The process involves detailed tastings, consultations, sketches, and professional delivery/set-up, which are not typically required for standard birthday cakes.
- Liability & Perfection: Because it is a "once-in-a-lifetime" event, expectations are higher, demanding higher-quality ingredients and a higher standard of perfection.
My friend's bachelor/bachelorette is coming up. Can we order a"spicy" cake?
"Spicy" cakes do not align with our family values and will not be considered.
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free options?
I will do my best to accommodate most common allergens and dietary restrictions.

Do you offer tastings for custom orders?
Tastings are offered for wedding cakes/cupcakes or large events (150 people +).
What is your lead time for orders?
Most orders can be fulfilled within 1 to 2 weeks. Please allow 3-4 weeks for orders for weddings and large events.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Because each treat is handcrafted specifically for you, I am unable to offer returns or refunds.

Payment: Payment is non-refundable as it secures your date on my calendar and allows me to purchase specialty ingredients for your order.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please give at least 1 week notice. While a refund won't be issued, I am happy to apply your credit toward a future order!
Our Quality Promise
All of our desserts are made fresh to order without preservatives and as such we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. We want you to love your treats! If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us via text within 2 hours of pickup with a photo of the concern. We handle issues on a case-by-case basis, but please note that we do not offer refunds for "change of heart" or flavor preferences.
